We will need the following information:
-Purchase invoice.
-Transmission status.
-Attach images and videos of the bicycle.
-Once our technical team has assessed the bicycle, we will give you the exact price of it that will be subtracted from your new bicycle.
-It rarely happens, but it occurs that the conditions of the bicycle are not as agreed, so the customer must pick up their old bicycle within ten days.
-We need a document in which the customer certifies that the bicycle is their property and meets the conditions established on that page.
