TAX FREE – Compra sin IVA

TAX FREE is a system that allows customers who reside outside the European Union to reclaim the VAT on purchases made in Spain. This benefit applies to products purchased during a temporary stay in the EU and that are exported outside the European territory together with the buyer.

In a bicycle shop, TAX FREE allows you to purchase bicycles, components and accessories at a more competitive price, provided that the legal requirements are met and the purchase is validated by Customs before leaving the European Union.

1) In-store purchase

Choose your bicycle or product and complete the purchase in our physical store.

2) Request Tax Free at the time of payment

Let us know that you would like Tax Free and present your passport / proof of residence outside the EU. We will prepare the necessary documentation with your details.

3) Validate the documentation when leaving the EU

Before leaving the European Union, you must validate the Tax Free at Customs (usually at the airport, port or border). Without this validation, the refund cannot be processed.

4) RECOMMENDED: Reserve online and collect in store

If you want to secure stock before your trip, you can purchase online and select in-store pickup. When you come to collect it, we will help you manage the Tax Free on the spot.
