With the new generation of P ZERO Race TLR, Pirelli improves one of its bestsellers on the market. Through a new construction of the casing, a significant improvement has been achieved in one of the most important parameters of a bicycle tire: rolling resistance. The new SpeedCORE casing is a thin, air-tight and compressed layer of rubber compound with aramid particles that coats the inside of the tire. The high flexibility of the rubber compound makes the tire faster and more flexible, while the aramid provides increased puncture resistance. The casing is completed with a 120 tpi nylon fabric and an aramid puncture breaker, while the tread pattern incorporates the SmartEVO compound to ensure maximum performance. With all its specific improvements, the new P ZERO Race TLR is produced in Italy in an elaborate process, offering unique quality and superior performance.

SmartEVO Compound
This compound for road use is the result of Pirelli's long experience in motor sports and collaboration with professional World Tour teams. The SmartEVO compound is based on three different polymers, each of which offers the best performance in a perfect proportion in different areas. The unique composition of the polymers with their special properties are the central elements of the SmartEVO compound, which provides better grip and lower rolling resistance in all weather conditions. The SmartEVO compound is a high-performance composition designed for modern road cycling, from daily training to World Tour races. This compound is an exclusive feature of the P ZERO range.

SpeedCORE
A casing based on a 120 tpi fabric. It offers superior flexibility and the characteristic racing feel of P ZERO products, as well as excellent air retention and easy assembly on most tubeless wheels. Reinforcement layers and the aramid puncture breaker under the tread make it a reliable and puncture-resistant casing.

Note: Sizes 28-622 and above are compatible with tubeless rims according to ETRTO 5bar/73psi maximum air pressure. Sizes 26-622 and below are NOT compatible with Hookless rims!



Note: For the assembly of a Tubeless-Ready airless wheel, tubeless-compatible rims or wheel sets, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing liquid are required. Sealing milk is not necessary for "Tubeless UST" tires, but is recommended to increase puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
