HyperWALL is a new specific casing for e-MTB that enhances handling and puncture protection with low inflation pressure, key features of a gravity and e-MTB dedicated all-terrain tire. This new construction is directly derived from Pirelli's Motocross experience: it features a thick rubber insert firmly connected to the bead with a fabric layer that increases bead stability (+10%) and protects the tire from punctures by 50%. The result is a level of stability and solidity comparable with specific downhill tires without their typical weight. The HyperWALL casing is then capable of handling the torque and weight loads of modern electric bikes for an unparalleled riding experience.
