Numerous scientific studies show that taking between 30 g and 120 g4 of carbohydrates/hour during exercise helps reduce the effect of fatigue and improve physical performance.

During high-intensity and/or long-duration exercise, there is also a certain loss of water and electrolytes, as well as a certain catabolism of muscle fibers that can alter physical performance.

The formula of ND4® GEL 2:1 consists of:

Carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio.

- 200 mg of sodium (Na+) favoring the retention and balance of water in the body during physical activity1,3.

- Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 6:1:1 ratio, providing an extra supply of L-leucine (100% Ajinomoto Co.).

With the appropriate digestive training, the 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio allows the assimilation of up to 120g of carbohydrates/hour by not saturating the cellular transporters2 .

ND4® GEL 2.1 is available with 30g of carbohydrates per serving and in the XL version with 45g, allowing multiple combinations to customize consumption from 30-45-60-75-90-105 and up to 120g of carbohydrates/hour.

The berry flavor provides 100 mg of caffeine and is free of artificial coloring. The lemon, green apple, orange and neutral flavors are free of dyes, sweeteners and artificial flavors.

It does not contain gluten, lactose, fiber, fats and is suitable for vegans.
