CARB0 GEL 30 1:0.8 IS A SEMI-LIQUID GEL THAT COMBINES CARBOHYDRATES AT RATIO 1:0.8 MALTODEXTRIN: FRUCTOSE AND SODIUM.

During high intensity and/or long duration exercise, there is a decrease in glycogen energy reserves.

Numerous scientific studies have shown that consuming between 30g and 120g of carbohydrates per hour during exercise helps to reduce fatigue, muscle damage and improve physical performance 2,4 .

There is also a certain loss of water and electrolytes, especially sodium, which can affect physical performance.

The formula of CARBO GEL 30 1:0.8 is specifically focused on aerobic endurance sports of more than 3 hours duration and consumption greater than 90g of carbohydrates per hour.
