During intense and/or long-duration physical activity, a series of physiological effects occur such as: the emptying of glycogen stores, the loss of water and electrolytes, and some damage to muscle fibers.

ND4® GEL TRIPLE ZERO, in its versions with and without caffeine, has been formulated taking into account these effects, grouping the ingredients that contribute to their compensation during physical effort.

The composition is free of sweeteners, colorants and added flavor. Its mild and pleasant flavor comes from the carbohydrate sources of its formula.

The comprehensive formula of ND4® GEL TRIPLE ZERO provides:

A carbohydrate matrix in a 2:1 glucose vs fructose ratio, which facilitates its absorption by not saturating the transporters at the cellular level, allowing higher oxidation per unit of time1, even with the appropriate digestive training, assimilating the 120g/h3. Each sachet provides 30 grams of carbohydrates, facilitating different combinations to reach 60, 90 and 120g/h.
?Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in an 8:1:1 ratio, providing an extra contribution of L-leucine (100% Ajinomoto Co.). In addition, it incorporates L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) as it is an amino acid widely consumed by the body during prolonged and high intensity efforts.
? Per sachet, 152 mg of sodium (Na+) promoting athlete's hydration. It also includes magnesium helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
? Vitamin B1 that contributes to normal energy metabolism, while vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
